Blair's home is set at 1136 Fifth Avenue, on the Upper East Side facing Central Park. It is a private residence, so the photograph is taken from the sidewalk, but the building is exactly the address the show gives it.
The Met Steps
Fifth Avenue at 82nd Street, a short walk from the apartment. This is Blair's court: the yogurt, the headbands, the hierarchy. Free to visit and the first stop most fans ask for.

The park sits directly across Fifth Avenue from the Waldorf building, and Bethesda Terrace and the Conservatory Water both feature in her storylines.
