Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every tour booked with Gossip Girl Tours NYC. By booking you agree to them.

Bookings. All tours are private and confirmed by email once payment is received. Please arrive at the meeting point five minutes before your start time; late arrivals may shorten the tour.

Prices & payment. Prices are shown per tour in US dollars and are payable at the time of booking through our secure booking platform.

Cancellations. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our cancellation policy.

Routes & weather. Tours run in most weather. Routes, stops and timings may be adjusted for traffic, street closures, safety or weather; in extreme weather your tour can be postponed at no cost.

Conduct & safety. Guests must follow their guide’s safety instructions. Children must be accompanied by an adult. We may end a tour without refund for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Photos. We sometimes photograph tours for our website and social channels. Tell your guide if you prefer not to appear.

Independence. Gossip Girl Tours is an independent sightseeing company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the producers of the television series.
