The Bleecker Street subway station provided the setting for one of Gossip Girl's most charming fish-out-of-water scenes: Nate Archibald attempting to teach Blair Waldorf how to ride the subway. For Upper East Siders who travel exclusively by town car and taxi, the subway represents an entirely foreign world.
